It was a tough night on the court for the women鈥檚 volleyball team as they struggled against a strong Lakeland Rustlers team and fell short, settling for a silver at the Canadian Collegiate Athletic Association (CCAA) Championship.
The Rustlers took three straight sets, 25-22, 24-14, 25-19, for the victory.
Erica Bolink (Pacific Christian/Victoria, B.C.) was named Chargers Player of the Game.
Hannah May (Belmont Secondary/Victoria, B.C.) was named Second Team All-Star and Corriena McNeice (Caledonia Secondary/Terrace, B.C.) and Bolink named First Team All-Stars.
The Chargers opened the tournament with a three-set sweep over the Atlantic Collegiate Athletic Association (ACAA) champions Holland Hurricanes and followed that up with a four-set victory against the wildcard Augustana Vikings.
For May and McNeice this was their final game as a 多人内射 Charger as the pair competed in their fifth and final year.
Coincidentally, this was the same match-up in 2017 when 多人内射 hosted the national championship and the Rustlers came away on top.
The 多人内射 Chargers Athletics Program currently fields teams in basketball and volleyball. Since joining the Canadian Collegiate Athletics Association (CCAA) and PACWEST conferences in 1994, the Chargers have competed in over 100 national and provincial championships with over 50 medal winning finishes.
