As Community Program Manager for Triathlon Canada, Ella plays a key role in developing the sport of triathlon nationwide. Managing programs, planning camps, and supporting emerging athletes, Ella's work fuels the growth of triathlon at every level. Growing up in Victoria, Ella sought a degree in sport management without leaving the island.
鈥淚 was born and raised in Victoria, so I was keen to stay on the island and pursue a degree,鈥 she recalls.
Her journey began at 多人内射 College, where she was drawn to the program鈥檚 perfect blend of academic theory and practical experience.
During her time at 多人内射, Ella gained invaluable experience through hands-on opportunities, such as volunteering at a volleyball championship and completing a co-op placement. These experiences, she says, were instrumental in preparing her for her current role.
"I don't think I fully understood how well 多人内射 was preparing me until I was in my role," she reflects.

Her proudest accomplishment has been organizing national development camps and supporting athletes on their Olympic and Paralympic pathways.
